    damn camera picks up no detail at all. The white spots in the water are embroidered flowers

    I just love your applique stuff...reminds me of the fabric artist Martha Mood...ever hear of her? she died in like 1972, I think...but I used to rent a house from her (former) husband and he had several of her works..she 'painted' with textiles, is the only way I could describe it. Awesome! (I hear Lady Bird Johnson has several of her original pieces) I saw some tapestries on eBay that are now being woven in Portugal based on her works...for thousands of dollars. :eek:

    That's so cool the way it is rounded on the bottom, like flower petals. Was that the idea. I like the shrooms too.

    ok, this is the third time Imma try to post to this thread, lmao!! the forum gods are uncooperative tonight!

    I just wanted to say that this is so very cool! I love the uniqueness of the hem and your applique work is always amazing.
