thanks for all the love everybody, i'm much obliged... purple, i have had my locks for almost three years, but not quite.
guam: just give 'em time, they'll look even better cause they'll be yours! gaurenteed. thanks a lot kiwi...i never thought i was that good at commitment, but lookit me go! heh. smashed kalidiscope: i'm starting to love my tips again too...i went thru a phase of thinking they needed to be blunt, but that just isn't me. plus it would mean actually exerting a lot of effort and maintaining stuff, which i'm just not into...i mean, it's why i got locks in the first place. so thanks for the encouragement! and purple...the length took me three years, but they've looked pretty much the same (plus minus some beads and wraps and stuff) since 7 or 8 months after i got 'em. i've got a pic of them at like...9 monthsish if you wanna see.
mellow: well, to start 'em i did have them backcombed by my girlfriend. but since then i've not really done anything to them at all. i get a lot of people offering to "clean them up" for me though, which is kind of annoying. complete strangers at parties will say that they would love to tie in all my loose ends, for a fee. which...i dunno. it seems weird to proposition people like that. and thanks beautiful_freak!!
