Got it done 3 weeks ago on my inner forearm. It's the Celtic tree of life. From far away it looks symmetrical and perfect, but up close it's not because it's the tree of life and nobody's perfect.
That looks lovely, good choice of subject for a tattoo. Of course it would have hurt, it'a a tattoo!!
