New house YAY

    Well we signed and got our keys yesturday but didnt manage to get anyting moved in yet [​IMG] we look like circus folk since all our belongings are sitting in a trailer in our old front yard till we can get em moved...... HAHAHA! I dig the new place and they said we can paint it any way we want inside as long as it can be coverd when we leave YAY!!!!!!!

    At least you have a cool landlord. My landlord freaked out at the very mention of me painting anything. I don't see why it should be such a big deal to him considering he's going to paint everything white again as soon as we leave. I even told him that I would paint back over everything. We've also been trying to get an air conditioner put in here for about 3 weeks now.

    that sucks, is there no air at all????????? they told us if we hang on for a while and dont move out the place were moving into (kinda like a townhouse) will be torn down and they will move us into a 4 bedroom house LOL

    Nope.. no air at all. Fortunately I live in the mountains, so it's not that hot here yet. I'm not counting on receiving an air conditioner from him anytime soon though.

    damn sounds like he is an ass....... hope you get ac sometime before it gets hot........

    My landlords are great.. I can paint and do anything I want as long as i Fix it before I leave... Congrats on the new place!!!

    Well I'm going to paint my house anyways. I suppose the landlord will just have to get over it. I've also got a pretty big basement. It's a little over 6 feet tall and has concrete floors. I'm planning on grafitting the basement wall to wall and floor to ceiling sometime this summer.
