Hello! I'm an European student and I'll probably be going to Tucson (Arizona) next year. I'd like to know if the people are tolerant and open-minded in general, and if it is the safe to be out at university or talking to people outside the university. I've only been to New York and I didn't have any problem regarding homophobia, although I think that there is intolerance and bigotry everywhere unfortunately. Thanks for your help! Cheers!
