OK, so I've read about this new ablum by the lead singer from Bright Eyes. Anyone else excited about this new release?
massively excited! It comes out tomorrow, and I'm hoping to get it... I only have enough for one album (gift cert.) and i really want the ani d one too... oh complications! but bright eyes all the way! what's your fave song by them?
I'm interested in hearing it, or them actually, I heard one is more folk oriented, and another more electronic. Conner will be touring with the Faint as his back up band shortly.

i got both of the albums yesterday. there both excellent and if your a bright eyes fan definitely get both. i like how they both have their how own unique sound. digital ash in a digital urn is the electronic sounding one, and i'm wide awake its morning is the folk one. both are very good
Favorite song: I don't know the name of it but it is the last track on the album "lifted or...." That song is awesome. I love the whole album though.
God damn that would be a good show. I love Brighteyes and The Faint are funkiest mofos in town. They played near me a few montsh ago and I missed it...disaster. Brighteyes play near me as well soon but it's sold out...
what is the deal about bright eyes??? I was listening to the alternative station, and some girl mustve called in, bitching out the dj, Lazlow, because she said that bright eyes is on an independent label, so they shouldnt be playing their music on mainstream radio?? wtf...... the band sent the song to the radiostations for them to play, duh.
that's odd... I don't think I'd be upset at hearing them, it would make my day!.... plus, if it was an alternative station, isn't it not "mainstream" anyways? sounds like a crazee ladee
