I am fit and healthy for a man my age without much vanity or guile. I am 5-8, 155 lbs, white hair and fair complexion.

As a new member, I would advise joining in on the everyday subjects being discussed on the new posts in order that we get to know the full you and what you enjoy in everyday life. As someone famously put it. "Man cannot live on cream pies alone". Hang on a minute........ I think that comment came from me.
