Netflix

Has anyone used it? Do you like it or hate it?

We just got it as a gift and I am super excited. Does it take a while to get the movies in your queue?

 

we had it for awhile. Its usually quick getting the movies.

remembering to send them back to get more is harder.

 

We have it and love it. We go through so many movies that we definately get our money's worth.

We don't have a hard time remembering tosend them back because we have a mailbox very easily accessible.

 

our mailbox is easily accessible too, but losing the movie when your drunk makes it tough

 

we used it for a while till we became convinced they were manipulating the time it took for them to send us movies to keep the movies we watched a month down..

we paid for the 5 movies at a time deal and after about 3 months they started taking like 10 days to send us our movies..

i have no idea now.
now that you can download them its probably better.

of course there is almost nothing that comes out that cant be watched online for free. and a lot can be watched before it even hits the theater so why bother?

 

hahaha....well then that could be a problem. Our house isn't big enough to lose anything...except my keys. i lose those bitches everyday.

 

I use it. It's much better than going to the video store to get them, because most of the movies I want cannot even be found at the video stores.

 

i lose my beer when i'm moving about the house.

then i find it days later all moldy and nasty

 

I'm too lazy to find it all online. I suppose we are really close because we put a movie in the mailbox, and two days later we have another one.

 

never lose a beer. Then again, its in my hand all the way until I am done. I drink outside, where I can smoke...and its freaking cold out there.

 

the netflix warehouse is in alpharetta (60 miles) and it was taking at least a week to get them..

ya dont really have to search to find movies online,we have 3 sites we use and they have them all..

 

I carry my beer with me everywhere, and I get doing shit, and set it down, walk away, and can't remember what I was doing just 10 mins before, and figure I must have finished it so I just get another

 

I love Netflix. They always have every movie I can possibly want and it only takes them two days to send a new one and there's a bunch of things you can watch instantly online.

 

we tried to watch Heroes(a tv series) online and ended up a japanese site that gave us subtitles.

What three sites do you use?

 

We have the 2 movies at a time deal and we totally love Netflix. We've had them for about a year now and have ALWAYS had the movies sent superfast. If we mail them one day, they get them the very next day and send out new ones on the same day, so it comes to about a 2-day turnaround to get new movies. There was only 1 time that they had some kind of inhouse computer problems and couldn't send them out for a few days. And they gave us credit for that month. Yeah, I think it's well worth it. Recently we've been getting the HBO Deadwood series (which is a hell of an awesome show btw), so there's a lot of variety in the kind of movies & shows you can get. Also they have the Instant Watch collection and you can usually find some good stuff there as well and just stream it from your computer.

 

You need one of those bungees, like you can get for lighters. A beer bungee

Heroes is not a sitcom. More comic book, end of the world, armeggedon stuff. Genetic mutations and super powers.

We do Weeds as well. Mary Louise Parker kicks ass. We also do "Dead Zone" and "six feet under" and "heroes" thats it.
