tangent: but surely the oc is a drama now a soap?



back to the subject matter...neighbours must have new writers becuase the scripts and camera work and stuff has gone very psycho and....strange! They're still using the annoying fill-in clips and rubbishy background music which has been too overused.


Right im done being critical, love the auzzies. Nice accents and top for living in a country full of dangerous creatures! (maybe the writers have a temporary illness caused by a snakebite-pun not intended[snakebite being an alcoholic drink doh now ive explained it it isnt remotely funny!])

 

Trust me ..... some countries have animals much more dangerous than us. Oh, yeah - neighours is good.

 

I miss Neighbors

I used to watch it religiously when I lived in England.

But they dont play it over here...

BBC America is so damned limited :$

 

Neighbours is a classic show. Myself and a lot of people have to ween themselves of of it because it is so addictive.

I have noticed the new writing as well as the introduction of arty music. I do believe they are attempting to make neighbours more sophisticated and arty, using unusual camera angles and what not. But whoever is pushing for this is simply delusional. Neighbours always was, is and always will be trash, and thats why we love it. I think the writers have been licking cane toads and getting a 'new perspective on shit' to quote owen wilson.

And brack - apparently its scientifically accepted that Australia has the most dangerous creatures on earth. I don't know about you but you can't sit still in a paddock in adelaide without a brown snake crawling towards your feet.

And OC is not a drama, it is a trashy soap

 

I only watch Neighbours when I stay up all night...I like Home & Away more

 

you can now hear the occasional thoughts of neighbours characters meep! tis crazy. bet they won't change the same music and inbetween clips that they use and have used for like eternity hehe.

 

I used to like it when they were playing the old eps of Neighbours and Home and Away during the day. To remember the fashion and hair is so funny and to think, at the time we thought it was cool

 

i still think they were cool back in the day...:&

 

Oooh, Neighbours is just the worst thing on television, ever. But for some reason I can't stop watching... I think it might be in the hope that they'll all die... Or Harold will kill again. Heh, I can't believe he killed anyone in the first place... OR DID HE!?

it's so addictive...i think they have subconcious brainwashing codes hidden in the matrix of the episodes...perhaps hidden in the dubbing tracks or mikes.

 

Ooh, you're like a year behind with Neighbours, right? Well, just forget I said anything then...

I was thinking the same thing! Dee's bound to come back, it'll be Harold's amnesia all over again!

And news for lozi - All that stuff you were saying about neighbours going all psycho. Now that i know you're a year or so behind, news is it actually gets weirder. The camera angles and music get really strange, in the season that just started its starting to look like scenes out of American Psycho

 

No! You have to find out who Harold kills for yourself! But he's all revenge-y when he does it... and an angry Harold is one of the funniest things ever... Hehe, his jowels flap so much

 

And no, Dee doesn't come back. Well, she hasn't come back yet.

 

who does harold kill? lou? ooo paul?...umm.....max?....is it someone fun? d'awww man im gonna have to wait forever

 

If you MUST know, it's Paul. See, Paul organised this plane trip thing and most of Ramsy street went on it, and the plane crashed and David and Lil and Serena (Harold's son, daughter in law and granddaughter) all died and Harold goes all super pissed for a bit then he kills Paul and you're like "GO HAROLD!" and then the season ends for the year.

 

Hold On Puddin - Doesn't paul survive in the end?

I've been watching the first few episodes of this years season but I haven't been watching too much because I don't want to get addicted again.

For some strange reason paul's still walkin around. Maybe the writers have been taking cues from Dawn of the Dead

 

Well Harold at least strangles him in a fit of old-man-rage. Isn't Steph or Steph's baby gonna die or something? Man, that'd be awesome.
