Howdy all. Appologies for the amount of posts that may be coming from me, got some typing to catch up on. Anyways. Been shaving my head pretty much to the hilt, nice skin head for a good few months and started growing it again. I'm at the rather large 1cm mark. (gotta say, shaved head was great for quick drying after being bodyboarding - wet hair and snow aint so good!) Scalp is ravaged by dandruff and will see if it will clear itself over the next few months. If not it may be a trip to the docs while my hair is still short. Have always liked the neglect method and I'll admit I was a sucker lured into the world of wax. I had crazy curly hair that got knotty even if bits of hair were bound together so it's a shame really. So I am growing my hair. Has anyone done the neglect method from scratch? Or did you grow your hair for months then begin. Truthfully I'm happy as larry leaving my hair to do its on thing. Heck it's only a cm anyway so maybe I'm thinking about things too much? As ever your comments, wisdom and cheek are greatly appreciated =]
I like your comments. and I certainly am back Not as fit as I used to be but more spiritual It is great how it feel even the now with it not being washed. It's thick, wool like.. I'm now realising how slow hair grows lol.. my fault for wanting it to grow. It's like watching a kettle boil Should be easy not combing my hair, never did it when I had hair. Evil shampoo though! So it's near the end of january.. come 6 months there will be some growth =]
Like a shoop :O LOL Thats the same with me!! YAY glad you re bbacckkk, corr you aNd alex back in one week! Its an interesting concept, but I'm sure if you just left it wiill dreadify sooner or later ^^
take a look at my gallery... i had a buzz cut when i went neglect... pretty close. youll probably have really thin dreads, like mine. but then they also start to grow a lot sooner, there is very little shrinkage only long pauses in growth.
you might try using anti-dandruff shampoo to try to clear up your scalp, or something moisturizing before trying the neglect. otherwise I think the dandruff will always be there. which would suck
