My girl wants to get a genital piercing (we like the vertical hood) But I don't know how to find a piercer. Like, I really can't find anything on it. I live in the Tampa Bay area of FLorida. I would really appreciate any help and of course will show you some pics of the finished product. haha/

Also if anyone has something like this, what form of the genital piercing do you have? Why? Or what would you want?

 

Ugg it isn't that hard to find a piercer. Go to a tattoo shop they have pierders there duh... If she isn't of age to get it done good luck finding a piercer that will touch her.

Just go into a tattoo shop and ask, But like Tiffany said. If she's underage it wont happen.

 

Oh, she's nineteen, she's fine. I just didn't know if shops did the genital piercings cause it isn't something specifically advertised, but I found somewhere. Thanks for the help anyway though.

 

Yep thats the only place I know that does them, just make sure you check out the shop. Make sure it is clean and that all the equipment is sterilized. If it isn't I would get my butt out of there in a hurry. Oh yes and tell your girl its gonna hurt alot. But piercings are awesome, I love my lip ring. Be gentle with her clit ring when it is done. I have actually known a couple friends who's had been ripped out because their guy was to rough. Just be gentle with it ok.

She has her belly pierced and her ears and she got did really well getting her tattoo so she's not bad with this kind of stuff. Haha. THe one we like is the vertical hood one, it's not actually through the clit but it like heals the best and supposedley provides the most stimulation. And it's fuckin adorable haha. Does anyone here have any genital piercings?

I have a verticle hood piercing. I've had it for about a year. Other than a quick pinch, it didn't hurt that badly. I had my nipples pierced at the same time, and they hurt more. Hood piercings heal very quickly. I had a 12 or 14 g captive ball ring put in (can't remember which)...which is larger than the gauge in my nipples. We went with a larger gauge so that we don't have to worry about how gentle we are. Smaller gauges would tear more easily. My hood piercing is by far my most favorite piercing. I went with verticle because it provides more stimulation than a horizonal hood piercing. It looks super hot. I love mine, and so does my hubby.

I have the same piercing, a sharp fast pinch was all. I have a 10g in there now because it stretches itself out. SO GOOD.

Just so you know, there is a down time, it's different for everyone, but thats not a piercing to get infected. If it does start to get infected GO TO A DOCTOR ASAP.

 

No problem I have had some experiences with piercings before. I actually know the owner of a tattoo shop here in MN. So I will gladdly answer any questions you have. Thats cute that you call the piercing adorable. I am glad you to are making this decision together. Just make sure she is doing it for her and not just for you. Cause if she isn't doing it for the right reason she may regret it later on. My friend Sarah and Alisha have it done. They love it, Alisha also has her nipples pierced. I think I'd cry getting anything that sensitive pierced. She should love it, from all the hype I here about it.:cheers2:

I actually laughed the whole time I was getting my lip pierced, the guy that did it thought I was mad. I just have a little bit of a higher pain tolerance.

Haha thanks for the advice. We're prepared for the month or so of downtime (just what I've read). We're usually pretty careful about things like this because it just really isn't worth the infection. Haha.
Sarah, How long have you had yours? And if your not uncomfortable, email me photo, she wants to see someone real that has it done I guess.

 

Very good point!!! Your piercer will give you guidelines aftercare, how long you should wait before having sex, and warning signs.

 

Yep this is ture make sure you follow them and ask any question you have. Din;t assume anything. It is just best to be safe. I mean when I got my lip ring I was told no kissing for a month. Which was easier said then done. It is just I went to a club and well this really cute guy came to give me a kiss and I had to block it. I felt bad, but I didn't want one kiss to spoil what I had been wanting since I was 16.

I have both a vertical and a horizontal and both nipples..The VCH/nipples 2 1/2 yrs, the HCH since Feb.The VCH is the fun one..the HCH is cause I love the way it looks..Both were a piece of cake healing. I love the VCH..A little downtime..my piercer said at least 2 weeks then only with protection. After care is easy..use mild soap and do warm sea salt soaks at least 2 times a day. I used H2Ocean while at work..I have a curved barbell in the VCH and a circular barbell (horse-shoe) in the HCH. I loooove the VCH...provides a lot of stimulation..Also have a labia piercing that I've had for 27 yrs..long story short I got external abrasions during childbirth. Dr stitched them up but missed one : ) Ex husband said " HEY! You can wear a ring !!" Some porn star, maybe Linda Lovelace?? had one and it was hot..My ex bf did not believe me when I told him that story..why would I make up something like that?? Oh well..he's a ex now..lol..Did I say that I love my VCH??

Yeah some girls pull off the nipple ring thing, but some can't. My buddy's girl just got her breasts implanted and then got them pierced and they show full force basically no matter what she's wearing. It's quite silly I think. ha. But to each their own. But as to Zak, yeah she is extremely interested in the extra stimmulation. We've found a place and shes going to get it did on monday ha.
