Skye's 1st birthday is coming up in a couple of weeks. I want to make him a cake or something, but I can't find any recipies that will taste good, and don't require a bunch of stuff he can't have (sugar, milk, eggs). The only thing I havbe come up with so far is my super yummy apple crisp, but I am looking for more of a cake. Any suggestions?

Thanks for the sites, I will look them over. The ones I looked at sounded yummy. It's hard to believe that it's already been a year.
