Some people in the uk will crush up shitty pills into powder and sell it as mdma, if so it could be anything, but not sure if people are that dishonest in your neck of the woods.
Okay, he gave you a sample. You should have ate the whole thing right away. I go to health food store and buy empty veggi capsules when I wanna dose some molly. Put about 150mg and swallow.
In a capsule, you can get them at natural food stores and gnc. Or you can put it all in some toilet paper roll it up like a parachute and down it with some water. You would probably be fine mixing it with water and downing it if you wanted to.
