I'm wanting to go to Amsterdam from Newcastle on the ferry on the 23rd of March but don't have a passport. I am able to get a passport for this but I don't have loads of money at the minute. Quite a few people have said you can use a provisional licence to get there. Is this true? I need to know 100%
