Need Help With Finding A New Show to Watch on Tuesday

I have DVR(which records live tv). MY problem is I have shows that are running new episodes on every other day except Tuesday. So on Tuesday night I have ran out of everything recorded and have nothing to watch and find myself sitting surfing throught the 3 or 4 hundred something channels I have finding nothing worth a damn to watch.
