in a few days i'm going to the allergist to do the little prick test they do. My parents are suspicious that i'm smoking and said that if i have any thc in my system they will find it and tell her. I most definitly still have it in my system and it's I highly doubt theres any way to dilute it by then. So i am faced with a decision, tell them now, or risk getting caught that way. So is there any kind of doctor-patient confidentiality agreement? I am under 18 and my mom may even ask the doctor about it. Does anyone have any advice or know what I should do?
getting someone elses piss, skip town till ur clean, explain to ur mom that ur old enough to make ur own decisions about life and that pot isnt hurting anyone but the system. also u can try bribing the dudes that do the test- but this it a bit tricky and probably dumb but hey its best i can come up with :S

its not a piss test, its a blood test. and there is no skipping town option, i can't even drive yet. I really think i'll be fine actually, from what ive read, thc only stays in your blood for 22 hours maximum so i think i'll be straight.

i dont think allergists test for whether thc is in your system or not.... they test to see if youre allergic to it.
The allergist has to have your signed consent to do a drug test. If you do not give your consent and he tests for drugs w/ out your consent and tells your foks he will have violated doctor/patient confidentiality and you may have grounds for a lawsuit.
They do not test for thc when they do an alergy test, you have nothing to worry about, the test won't show that you have thc in your system. I'm not sure on the law in America but in most countries doctor/patient confidentiality extends to minors aswell. I don't know who told you that thc only stays in your blood for 22 hrs max but that is wrong, its detecable in your blood for 48-72 hours if you used a small amount and for about 2 weeks if you used a lot or use regularly. But like I say you have nothing to worry about, they won't be looking for thc in your system if your just going for an alergy test.
Yeah he's right, when they do a blood test, they test only for the things that need to be tested for, anything else costs more money.
Um.... i'm not sure if it's one of those state-by-state situations, but where i live you only need the consent of the child if the child is under 16. I'd look it up, but just deny deny deny. and if all else fails, cry.
Testing for drugs cost a lot of extra money your parents are probly just trying to scare you.If you smoke why do you even care what your parents think? Its not like they could actually stop you.
