Need guest speaker for elementary school

I have not posted on here in so long, but I've been veg for...3 years, I think??? But I knew this was the BEST place to come for help!

I have just taken on the position of cultural arts coordinator for my kids' elementary school. We bring in all kinds of speakers--artists, authors, etc. Every year we also get a dairy cow. So I'm wondering if you all know of any veg-type speakers who would be great for an elementary school crowd? I'm in Alabama and would love someone nearby (for cost reasons), but am open to whatever. I'd even be thrilled with suggestions on websites to search or ideas to google!
