I just started my first cycle in four months. I'm not on any kind of birth control, I hate the things. I'm celibate for now anyway. Any amount of stress will cancel the month, so I've never been regular. This fall was just bad, stress-wise. I'm looking for natural ways to relax (Meditations, scheduling, looking for a better job. . . ) Next semester will be better, but I've had it. I'd like a regular menustral cycle, i.e. one every month, knowing when. I've heard of some methods involving getting in touch with lunar cycles, or something like that. Can anyone tell me what that is, and where I can get more information on it? I don't want to go on birth control pills. I hate pills.
