Anyone have any natural ways to cure acne? I just started using Dr Bronners for face wash and I've seen slight improvement, but I want to know some other good ways to cure it.

I've been doing more of that, too. I'm trying to phase into vegetarian because that helped a lot for the month I went without meat. I've always been pretty active with running so that shouldnt be a problem. :p

I don't have acne, but witchhazel is really good for your skin. I use Burt Bees blemish stick and it really seems to work well. It smells strong until it dries ( a few seconds) but it's not a bad smell. Diet and exercise will also help.

Iv'e tried many different things over the years, it all depends what type of acne you have. If it's hormonal I doubt very much will help it other than time. In my case it's too much oil being produced from the skin thats causing it. Ive tried everything below, but because I tried most of them at the same time its hard to tell which really worked and which didnt, but by doing everything below there was a definite improvement.

Go vegan, or at least ovo vegetarian!
Dont touch your face, unless you have washed your hands first.
    Change your pillow cases often.
Change to a proper face wash (ok not natural). A soap free one.
    Wash face morning and night.
    Keep hair away from face.
Like nynysuts says, loads of water!

Does hormonal acne look different than other types of acne?

Yeah, I was thinking like red spots and not just blackheads and blemishes that would be caused by too much sebum

over at a long hair board, they are discussing urine (your own and fresh, and mere drops) as an option. Since urea is a superwetting ingredient, it could work to break into the stubborn/resistant spots.
I'm still skeptical, but the chemistry sounds plausible...and it's free to try.
    Yes, you rinse afterward.
