National Lowered Standards Day (August 4)

I think someone beat them to it. So much stuff gets bungled, it's insane...

 

It's not corruption, it's supplemental income.
incompetence makes excellence easier to recognize.
We're not oblivious, we just don't know what's going on.
Nobody cares about apathy.
We're not lazy, we're just pacing ourselves.
Intoxication makes the world look better.
We're not criminals, we just had bad parents.
Disease that doesn't kill us makes us stronger.
Suffering brings us closer to God.

I'd drink to that if I knew what it meant.
