Names For My Future Children

While I'm still stuck living the bachelor life at this point in time, I still would love to eventually start a small family. For my children I do not wish to give them conventional names, and I hope my future wife would agree with me.

I've come up with a few names for possible sons and daughters on my own. Let me know what you think. They are listed as follows:

Son: Canyon, Forest, or Thunder
Daughter: Ocean, Valley, or Meadow

I'm having a baby in April. We are naming it my maiden name regardless of gender. I'm not willing to post that on here though.

I wanted to use my maiden name for my son but we ended up naming him the "III" after his father and grandfather.

I didn't want to name my daughter my maiden name but it would have been a nice name for either gender.

 

I had to fight my sister for the name 8 years ago when she tried to use it knowing I had planned on using it. It's not my fault it took us 10 years to conceive. Well, its kind of my ovaries fault but thats besides the point. haha.

IF I ever decide to have children, I have a couple names I've sifted through over the years.

The 3 names that I'm between currently are Everette (after my best friend who passed a few years ago), Shiloh, or Sky.

 

nobody ever chooses Adolf anymore ....

 

Those are nice names, too!

 

There was that couple from Jersey who named their kids Adolf Hitler and Aryan Nation. They had their kids taken away though. Probably not a great idea.

 

As in Adolf Coors? Nah I wouldn't wanna name a kid after a guy who makes bland beer
