Well, I've been to Cleveland, Texas, which has the same name as Cleveland, Ohio-does that count?

 

I have been to Kingston, Nova Scotia but not to Kingston, Jamaica.

 

I've been to Georgetown, Rome, Moscow and Lebanon Ohio. Also been to Alexandria, Kentucky.

Haven't been to any one of those cities as they exist outside of the Ohio/Kentucky area.

Also been to Neptune, Saskatchewan and to Vulcan, Alberta... but to neither of the actual planets.
