basically you get your total volume, then your weight, then you can figure out based upon that (because fat is x grams per cubic mm and muscle is x+y grams per cubic mm) your percent body fat
I keep pinching myself. No so that it hurts, just to feel fat. It seems like a bad thing, and I should work out. I am too lazy though, and I like to eat. I am like 5' 11 1/2" 155-160 lbs, is that bad?

6'2" 225 and I'm trim ish.... I have a belly, but I'm not fat, I wear an xl shirt and I look slim.......
