nail polish

Ever notice that when you haven't painted your fingernails or toenails for a long time, you're more aware of their existance?

I painted my fingernails for the first time since I was about 16 and I cant stop looking at them.

 

I cannot answer that question.

But the smell of nail polish is one of the best smells in the world.

 

Nail polish makes me realize just how short my nails are. :ack2:

I need to go to hypnotherapy to stop or something.

but love the color! i just like adding color to myself as much as possible, and nails allow room for a broad color range

I paint my toenails but I rarely paint my nails cept maybe clear or a french manicure. they look better without I think. And I stopped biting them.

 

I paint my daughters nails far more than my own.
I fact she has about a dozen colors I am not huge a fan of. (mostly bright pinks)

I usually ust paint my toes cause my finger nails painted dont last long and Im only painting them both during the summers.

 

well, I just tell myself no. and keep a file around so I don't try to bite it even, just file it. I'll just paint them clear and that helps too. I still bite the index finger on my right hand but I'm working on it. Each day is a new day Laura!
