My XBOX is a pos!

The fucking thing keeps breaking while I'm playing need for speed. Half the time when it loads it either stops and freezes up or it stops and goes to the dashboard. I would take it into best buy and use my warranty but I want to keep it as long as possible so right before it expires I can go get a new one.

 

this is why i bought a ps3

 

I hate playstation. I think the reason mine fucks up is because its the shitty version without a hard drive.

 

i have heard people say this about the 360 since it came out. glad i don't have one yet. my PS3 is golden.

i use the term "POS" with my friends with the meaning "Parent over shoulder" when IMing

 

I love my 360, I got the red rings of death, my buddy threw it against the concrete floor and works absolutely perfect. Other than that I've had no problems, I had 1 other one, it had a malfunction and I got it replaced.

 

Parents know that, if my mom was looking over my shoulder I'd tell her to fuck off. You are aware it means "piece of shit" right?

Mom and dad bought it didn't they? I had to pay for mine myself for Christmas, I'd be fucking it if I could have afforded the better ones that have hard drives and work. I'd take any xbox over ps3 any day.

 

Owning all 3 systems is the only way to go..

anyways, why the fuck do u want to hold out untl the warantee is almost up to take it in? that makes no sense, if it's not working why wouldnt you bring it in to get a WORKING one??

so you have the "arcade" model? i'd say format all your memory and do a total system reset, with no HD it's probably getting full of garbage it needs to be cleaned out, and go out and buy yourself a damn hard drive, they are cheap.

If you have the Arcade model with HDMI, there really is no reason why it should be acting up, they have the newer heat sinks in them so they dont get RROD

btw, for people saying "shoulda got a PS3" Mine nearly bit the dust last week and i had to do a full system restore and lose all my data for it to work again

 

It sorta works, but if I take it in now I can't take it in later can I? I only want to use it once and I want a somewhat working xbox as long as possible. You need to explain things better so I can do it.

Even thought my consoles have just been collecting dust, since PC gaming is always a better experience for me. I don't think my PS3 will be turned on until FFXIII and RE5... I don't see any upcoming reasons to even use my 360 =/.

 

I hate the spoiled little pricks that got their mommys to buy the expensive ass ps3s for em. Shiiit, I had to pay for everything on my 360, games, system/with harddrive. In the end it was about 450$ of my hard earned money. Although it is so much more awarding when you pay for it yourself.

 

Too bad you ended up spending more money on the xbox for less shit, should have just gotten a ps3 huh? lmao.

 

No, it'd be more to buy the fucking system and THEN the games. The xbox games are so much better, fuck resistance and that fag shit.
