Move to Iraq. You might get your TV there after the U.S. spent about a trillion dollars into the infrastructure over there. .
Mine too... but it because we stopped paying for the overpriced satellite service. fuck it- anything worth watching can be found online.
But if it's money to bail out the banks or start a war, it gets implemented within a matter of days. .
i got a couple boxes, the antenna is broken though, so i think i need a new one, i cant even get a signal right now (my son watches PBS cartoons in the morning) and im using the analog. its still there. Its hard to get a damn signal on those boxes. grrr.
i got a new tv in july of 07. this isnt very old, but if you got your tv within the past couple years it should handle digital just fine. mine has a button on the remote to switch from TV to DTV. with a rabbit ears antenna, i've been picking up cable-quality broadcast stations since i got it. in fact, the picture from digital broadcast has proven to be better than the picture from cable. its kinda cool. if you like watching tv, i'd suggest making the investment. but yeah, you can get most stuff online anyway :cheers2:
