My step sister got arrested

Guilt by association. As it's called. They had cause to arrest her, but I doubt she will see any jail time. What she needs to do is make sure everyone stands up for her and says she was not involved.

Dude has other problems right now without adding any other charges onto himself, not to mention that she just needs to not hang out with him any more. Unless she is really worried in which case she should go to the police and ask for protection. I would make that her call. She should be ok about the bag of drugs because they know it's the dudes but she will also need for the people who stole to fess up and inform the police that she was not involved. Then again, if she was in the gift shop at the time, under the eyes of the law she is just as guilty. If she is humble in front of the judge and is really sorry she might get off.

 

she was in the hotel room when they stole, they said ohh I thought the sun glasses where being charge to the hotel room, that's what one of things was taken., I guess they caught the people and followed them to the room where she was at
