My quilt!

I have made quilts for an ex-boyfriend, my grandmother, my cousin, and a friend. So last winter, I wanted to finally make one for me! So here it is:

 

i thought this thread was called "my guilt!" ..it made me curious.
anyway, beautiful quilt. i really love it!

excellent job! quilting is a craft I wish I had time to get into, I'd love to learn to master it... I only know a few basics....

Six months, but I wasn't working on it the whole time. I started the patchwork part in the middle and then two of the big outer squares in the summer, and then I wrapped it up in two weeks' time last winter.

 

Your quilt is amazing! I like the blue pieces that you used at the very top and bottom and far left and right...they look like fireworks

 

I used the blue because I was trying to give it some uniformity.

 

Love the blue/green/purple + the crazy quilt center. Nice job.
