Hi, I am 18 years old and just recently (within the past 3 months) have started to have sex regularly (with my GF). Whenever we have sex, I usually ejaculate in 10-30 seconds. If i continue to have sex immediately after this first ejaculation I can go on for a while, but if i even wait 5 minutes and try to go again it happens to me again. Only on a handful of occasions have i lasted a normal length (5-15 minutes I suppose). It really bothers me a lot, and i feel like the anxiety and thoughts of it make my problem worse (even though my Gf says she doesn't care). When we have oral sex (or when I get a handjob) however, I can barely get close to ejaculating. I'm worrying that i suffer from PE. I have had problems with OCD and bad anxiety in the past and i feel like im making the problem worse by constantly worrying about it. Any help is appreciated
Sounds like a typical excited 18 year old, to me. I don't think you have to worry yourself sick over it. How often do you jack off? If you don't blow a load often and then your girl gets you super excited (especially only 3 months into it), of course you're going to be extra sensitive. Try masturbating more often to blow off steam, and you can also try to build your stamina by getting yourself close to orgasm, then stop for a few minutes, start again, stop... repeat as many times as you can stand it. It's a horrible tease but it will help build stamina with time and practice and when you finally do come it will be ridiculously good and hard.
