My mother just bought a piano...

...but noone in my family can actually play the piano.
She just thought it looked nice.

You should learn to play the piano. It's sexy, a great party trick/conversational deal, and you could teach me. I used to play a bit, but I don't remember much now.

 

We got one for free. My sons both play, as well as my husband a bit.

They take up a lot of room, I would never have gotten it just for decoration.

 

It'd be nice to have a piano to play, even though I don't know how to play any instruments and can't read music. I'd still have fun fucking around on it.

Fuck, I love piano, it's fun to play... also in my opinion the easiest to learn (other than shit like recorder)
I mean you don't even need to know anythig to make it sound good, and it doesn't take much to play ...notes aren't confusing or anything. C D E F G A B...

I used to have one at my place, but I had to get rid of it when we got flooded. It wasn't ruined, we just couldn't bring it with us so we sold it.

 

I play the piano, and it's one of the few, few things I consider absolutely essential to who I am. Try playing it, learn some stuff by ear maybe. What kind is it, like an upright?

i love pianos. when you can play well they sound beautiful. i really need to get my skills back up, i used to be pretty good.

 

We have a piano, too, but our TV and stereo are on it because Daniel's parents "retired" it years ago and even though I want sooooo bad to learn, it would probably cost me a fortune to get the maintenance and tuning on it.

 

id love a big old piano...but im content with my kickss keyboard...the weighted keys are a plus too...

 

We have this drumset like that. We also have a piano, but people do play it. We have guitars that are played too. But not the drumset. Only when im pissed, or drunk people play it too during parties.

 

I have my great grandmother's piano, its like a century old and has real ivory keys, but it is really really out of tune and I have no money to tune it because it is absolutely ridiculously expensive
