http://www.mymonthlycycles.com/ Has anyone used this before? I just found it this time around, and I'm giving it a shot. I've never been very good at charting my periods, because I'm so irregular that by the time it comes around again I've forgotten where I wrote it down! I hardly ever remember I have a wall calendar, and it's been ages since I used a day planner or anything. But I came across this online service and it might be just what I need. I'm pretty much guaranteed to be online every day. I just thought that some of you ladies might have used it before and could give me a review - and those who haven't seen it before might appreciate the link!
thank you for posting it! I can never keep track of paper copies of my cycle, so this would be great for me too!
And you can go back and chart your past cycles, too, along with bbt, weight, and a bunch of other things! Hope it helps ya!
I had a friend who used it and she said it was great. I often considered using it, but honestly, I got lazy and didn't keep up, hehe... But now that I'm on the pill my periods have regulated so it's all good...
I use to use fertility friend online charting. think it's www.fertilityfriend.com but that might not be right....
I guess I'm lucky because my period's usually regular and I've never had to keep track of it. All I need to do is ask myself when was the last I bought tampons and junk... if I can't remember then it's time for my period...XD Or if I need to travel... But still cool link! I'm looking at the 'tour' and I love page 6 out of 15, it has a bitch and moan feature!
pineapple, it's not just about when your period comes. It's about knowing exactly when you are fertile, so you dont need birth control!
I keep track of my cycles because I have PCOS and it helps me realize how well I'm controlling it - the more regular the cycles, the better managed.
i write a small "p" on my calendar the day i start - pretty easy to keep track of, esp. if you use the little calendar in your checkbook - no one is the wiser
i've used it before..but i was so irregular before that I often forgot to keep up with it..now I use my iCal for keeping track of when i put my nuvaring in and when i need to take it out..so I can usually pin-point when I'm going to start..since I usually start 2 days after I take it out..
the whole point is not to know when your period is going to start, but when you are going to ovulate. For me, charting involved daily basal temps and cervical changes. Fertility Awareness Method (FAM) is way more than the rythm method, and it really works whether you want to get pregnant or not. Either way, it's a good idea to know your body and recognize its fertility signs. Charting your cycles can also really help your doctor know what's going on with you.
