    so bird, why did you choose india for your first place? the culture? their spiritual beliefs? you just pointed to a spot on the globe and said, yep thats it

    It would be cool to say I threw a dart at a globe and went to the place the dart landed at, but in reality I choose India for a few reasons.
    I have never been to Asia and I always felt an attraction to go there, both the cultural and spiritual aspects of India.
    And ofcourse to feed my own ego and leave the world I have lived in for most of my life to experience another world.
    And besides that a million other reasons which I will not all mention right here, right now.

    all fine and dandy, but there is a little 2 1/2 year old prohibiting me from just going...but i agree, if allowed the opportunity, definately do it.

    Money should not really hold you back, I hardly ever worked in my life and therefore I do not have much money but I still go.
