I kissed this cousin but that doesn't matter it just important so you know the relationship dynamics. (it has been over for some time now 3 years)

She goes to chico state could not get into cal long beach. She has no love for the arts is 18 and other than shopping her primary activity is facebook. I am no role model but I always try to live and to try and find new things she seems to live her life just going through the motions while wanting to motivate her younger even more slacker siblings.

She had a hard childhood maybe now she just wants to take a break, unless I heard some great advice or some life changing event I have no plans on approaching her or her lifestyle but I was wondering if anyone else has family they are close to that feel lifeless, and how to help give them some what the word, spark, zupazz.

Take her to do something fun that will break the routine of her everyday life. I took my cousin to a water park and a concert last year and she loved it. She calls all the time now and even comes over on occasion just to hang out. I can't give any advice on the relationship aspect. I only kiss my cousin on the cheek. I have more of a big brother relationship with her but if there's any awkwardness about a being alone with her then invite a third wheel to come along.
