my grad- handmade!

    i just had my graduation ceremony yesterday, heres some pics. my mom and i made the dress, i made the necklace and barefoot sandals. most of the girls in my grad class spent upwards of $300 on their outfits, mine cost $30 for the material :D

    Oh wow!! I can't believe you made that! It looks just like something you'd buy at a really nice formal dress shop. Beautiful and elegant...just amazing, girl! :D

    I love the entire outfit! Beautiful work! You look great! Youre lucky you got to wear a dress...at my graduation, we all had to wear the "robes" over our outfits, and we HAD to wear white shoes, with no open-toes! Horrible! Lol.

    i would never have been able to make the dress by myself, im no good at designing or making patterns, that was all my mom. im thinking of making more of those sandals to sell in my moms store though, theyre really easy.
    mt grad went really well but oh so boring and my ass hurt lots. it feels so good to be finished with highschool!
    a few people who never talk to me felt the need to ask me if i was wearing shoes, they couldnt seem to wrap their heads around the fact that my shoes didnt have soles lol.

    WOW! That whole outfit is amazing! I love that dress design so much! It looks so elegant, but totally unique at the same time!
