my former coworker has no idea how I feel!

It happened so suddenly. One minute we were working together, just coworkers making a living. The next thing I know I'm so deeply in love i can't think straight....and just as I'm wondering how to approach her and ask her out, I found out she was leaving for another job across country! Now she's gone... God what the hell am I supposed to do now? Anyone?

Sucks to be you. Get over it... take up running or buy a heavy bag and beat it until your heart is content. For example... I wrestled a bit today to get rid of stress.
