what should I be expecting from the shrooms,I ate it an hour ago and the only thing I feel is anxious and my heart is racing.. I took it on a whim,with out really doing any research it first.
After an hour you should be sure of what to feel and the feelings you describe would be more intense. I think you might have gotten ripped off.
