Ok guys, i started gathering information to write it! Everyone, please, send me all the links you can to good sites so i can show good factual information! Like i said in a previous post about this, im just asking for help, its not like im asking you to do it for me! So chill out and help if you have the spare time. Im trying to find information alot on the medical side, but also im looking for stuff that looks on the social side and if it were legalized, how it would be POSITIVE for society and individuals. Well you're going to need to research the industrial uses of hemp and how that can benefit society. Try Jack Herer's book, The Emperor Wears No Clothes. He goes over the history of cannabis in America, showing all the great things it was used for before it was illegal. Today there are many more reasons because cannabis can replace so many things that industry makes with other ingredients that are polluting and wasting our precious resources. As far as the social benefits, they would come because our land would be used more efficiently, with NO chemicals, hundreds of products would cost LESS, less damage to the environment and wildlife, less pollution in our groundwater, the list is endless! im actually doing a major research paper on the benefits of industrial hemp for school, and i would be glad to put it in the mjguide library and send it to you ishade32. i also have a bunch of sources that i am citing, so if you want them i will send them, but you may be more interested in the drug part
ok here are some really good resources http://www.hort.purdue.edu/newcrop/ncnu02/v5-284.html this one is really really long and really really good. it's like a mega source. it is probably the least biased source around, and takes forever to read, but you can get some really good quotes from it. practically essential. http://www.druglibrary.org/schaffer/hemp/fact1_10.htm this is a really good one, not as long as the first one but very helpful. http://altahemp.com/hempinfo.html this is kind of like a shortened, summed up version of the first source, very decent. http://www.rawganique.com/whyhemp.htm mostly talks about textiles, good enough for me http://www.hemp-sisters.com/Information/about.htm this one is O.K, it's short and pretty much everything said in it has already been said. then again, everything said in all these sources are said in the 1st one :0 this should be enough information to cover your entire hemp portion of your paper (keep in mind industrial hemp is different from marijuana, but they're both cannabis sativa) anyway, hope these help, i'll be sure to send my research paper when it's done! good luck mate!!!
