Alright well hres my situation. Smoked pot for about 3-4 years, loved it, had a great great time. Really just enhanced life, and some of hte best memories i have are on the drug. All is fine, until one day, im smoking a couple bowls and bam i pass out. Smash my face on some steps, blood, scabs, scars teh whole thing. Now , after this situation, i went through some pretty hard times with marijuana. Bongs , parachutes, gravity bongs, i just couldn't smoke, the highs from those brought me a lot of anxiety and paranoia. but joints and pipes i was able to get a nice buzz. So basically over hte next 8 months , from hte fainting incident until the last time i quit (smoking laced weed at my graduation, my entire class was sick from it),i had a number of bad experineces (maybe 1/5 times), so i basically tossed the habit. however i was still able to be around it. A year or so later, all that anxiety and panic attacks come out in my real life. and i go through a stage where im anxious and panicked just being around it. I get through all of that, and now im able to be around the drug. And infact i enjoy being around it. Recently i was in a very very very hotboxed room at first being vvery anxious, afterwards i was very relaxed and my anxiety in general compltely gone. now i have heard that you can't get high from second hand smoke, but i was definetly feeling super relaxed and somewhat buzzed, whatever was in that room had some effect on me, no matter how small it was. Now i am at the point, where id like to try smoking again. I feel i can handle my anxiety and panic enough, to control myself as long as i am on a smaller dose. (maybe starting off with just one or two hits from a pipe). So any advice you can give me? has anyone had similar expereinces and was able to get back into smoking? i mean at one point it was a huge and great thing in my life, and then everything just changed. I feel it can help, and i feel that if i take it (in a low enough dose) , that the high will be somthing i can handle and it will relax me. Any thoughts? thanks
you absolutely can get high from 2nd hand smoke whoever told u that is clueless it sounds to me like bongs/gravity bongs and all thats your biggest problem, these kids dont get it when i say i hate bongs i think it sounds like youd be just fine smoking a pipe or joint i always just smoke a pipe or joint and have never experienced any of the negative effects i hear kids talkin about advice..hmm what advice can anyone give but try it and see? go for mids, dont gtry super high end..or even just get your average shwag off the streets (as lomg as your sure its not laced) and relax and enjoy but give it 2 or 3 tries, i remember the 1st time after along break i did feel kinda weird and shit, but after the 2nd time things got back to just being enjoyable again but if you have negative reactions after a few tries, maybe your just at a point where its not right for you but it seems like ya are ready to come back..but i dunno..i dont understand anxietty over something safer then asperin have fun
lol i never thought id say this but i was even thinking of buying shake. Seems like a good place to start. Yea the problem with bongs i had was the high was jsut too intense, it really put me in a palce i didnt want to be, i had to get up and run away. I haven't smoked pot since just afte ri turned 18, im almost 21 now, so its been a long time. I'm thinking of just taking one hit from a pipe and putting it down, sittingw ith it for an hour or so, and seeing how i feel afterwards. Also will be doing both a) alone, and b) in the comfot of my own home. those 2 things are very comfortable for me.
as for the anxiety, i think it has nothing to do with the marijuana itself. It's just a part of me, and once i got those super highs from the means of (bongs, gravity, parachute) anything that really gets you stoned, i had the fear of getting that expereince again. to this day i have never had a bad experinece off a joint, EVER, ever , ever, ever. And pipes , well i did pass out that one time, but other than that i've been fine. The other thing iw orry about is increased heart rate, but im assuming that is somewhat rare in lower doses?
i think you'll be just fine just get yourself a nice lil pipe or even 1 hitter..and take it slow and confy some of these ppl smoke like its a competion..lol just piff till your at a confy level and set it aside for later
hmmm increased heartrate? how incresed? any pain? i never monitored heart rate so i dunno..but an alergy can cause chest pains but so can a panic attack i think my heartrate lowers when i smoke..it really helps my heartrate return to normal after runnin distances and stuff
the increased heart rate, would be due to anxiety/paranoia. thats why i need to make sure what img etting is lower strength. the increased heart rate i only get when i really high, its more of a pounding heart. THe hook up i have i know is GOOD. and that is the problem. its a family members, who is pretty big into it, so i know what im getting is GOOD but probably too strong. thats where im a little worried.
im sure theres several names for it. Thats just what we called it down here. its when you take a about a half a bottle of 691ml pop bottle (or any bottle really) , and attach a bag to it on hte bottom, the smoke fills into the bottle and you breath in deeply, the bag shoots up into the bottle pushing the smoke into your lungs.
mix it then mix weed with mullin sage damiana even tobaco whatever vibeswith you probly mullin is the best bet as it has a very light taste and wouldnt ruin the weed taste
the otehr thing is im not really that nervous about it either. im excited, i feel lke im about to rediscover an old passion. i feel like a giddy twelve year old again.
heehee awesome well enjoy it pronlythe mullin is the best option, and u can mix it weak or strong as u want..and its cheap from any herb store

Yeah, whoever told you that you cant get high off of second hand smoke flat out lied. Its called a contact buzz. If you feel that you can handle bringing it back, then more power to you, go ahead man, but be honest with yourself when you say that. you can't have doubts about it, as it will probably just lead to anxiety when you smoke it, which is what your trying to AVOID. You have to be sure that you really DO feel that you can control it. Also, get somewhere where you won't have to worry about being paranoid (cops, people, etc.) to reduce further anxiety. Just stay calm level when you do it, and have fun with it! Good luck bro
