Well I know this isn't marijuana related but I figured you guys could help me out the most anyways. So basically what happened was, me and some people got drunk at this house party right, 3 people got really stupid and went outside and started pushing over gravestones and trashing this cemetary. The cops got involved and think I was a part of it! I was 100% not involved. They say they have fingerprint evidence which i know is a scare tactic to get people to say things. I have a meeting with the cops tonight what should I do/say if they really think it was me still? They have been lying to the people that really did do it (who are saying they didnt) that everyone else fessed up and ratted them out, whenever they have met with them. I'm kind of scared becuase I could get in a lot of trouble for something i didnt do..
call your lawyer ASAP and ask him if you should go, or if he can come with you. Do the police know where you live/telephone number? if not then fuck it don't even go.
Refuse to speak. Constantly CONSTANTLY repeat "I refuse to answer your questions without a lawyer present" No matter what they say.. If they ask any ANY questions no matter how easy of an answer it is, repeat the above. Dont say SHIT.

I saw that in the newspaper last night and said four youths or something were charged because of it. Were you? There was like $34,000 damage done to those headstones..
Damaging headstones is a pretty fucked up thing to do. If I had to pay to replace a dead family member's headstone, someone would be beaten in a cruel, inhuman manner.
