busted at lunch, at school with .2 grams of weed. he wasn't smoking, he was the look out for his friends and the gym teacher caught them. he had some left over shake in his backpack, in a pill box and they searched through it an found it. he got expelled, put in rehab and they may press charges. .2 gram! .2 fucking grams! the fuck is this world coming to?
umm a police state?? man yer cousin was IMHO, stupid for having it anywhere near a school.. almost all states, a 1000 feet from a school is a feloney.. you just watch an see,, in 5 years what a public school will be like.. you will get to be checked into prison to ,, cough,, "learn"..
thats what i said but, he is a weed head and he forgot he left it in his backpack. zero tolerance is taking over schools!
you just wait,, a few more school shootings an they will be housing the kids in dormatories on campus after checking them in thru the double layer 12 foot bob wire fence..
future's looking bleak isn't it cuddy? over here, required uniforms, security cameras at ever corner. random searches in continuation school. truancy STRICTLY enforced. zero tolerance for drugs and violence. watch free speach will get checked too. what you said don't seem to be that far fetched yadadameen?
thats actually whats gonna happen with my cousin. the problem is, he's a social boss. he likes when weebles flock to him. he likes being the center of attention and hates being confined yadameen? so the system doesn't work for everybody. also, senior year is an important year to be at school for cats like my cuzzo.
yeah i know his type,, tis why we thru my (at the time) 16 year old son to the wolves (system).. what better place for a predator to be than in foster care.. how olds yer cousin?? if i may ask?? some background??
we dont really have free speech in school. no cursing, cant argue with teachers etc. i dont kno if that EXACTLY fits lack of free speech but imo its not completely free speech
16 years old born into a weed family. started blowing at 13 and never let up. super charismatic, seasoned in the bay area so he has a slick tongue with the girlies but, not so much with authority figures. left his original school because a price was put on his head as a freshman(got into it with the west, his friends are from the low, not good). spent last 2 1/2 years in Fairfield highschool, building a new rep and gettin new weebles and connects. got busted last week for the trees and that about it.
Damn, am I ever glad I live in a relatively easy tolerance level area of southern-Ontario. ; That sounds pretty harsh. I mean, damn! Rehab for .2g? Ouch.
rehab is 1 thing but getting sent to juvie if they press charges is ridiculous. if they get him for distribution(he was caught with multiple baggies and some money) he's done
My old catholic school hated the police when kids got caught they practically just got a call to there parents and suspended. There are many reasons behind why they arent involved witht the police.
my school would prob be the same way. we get drug sniffing dogs in all the time, random drug tests for athletes, and if you're seen wearing a corona shirt or a shirt that says like "long john" or some shit they make you turn it inside out. i almost got a detention today for listening to my ipod in the hallway in between class......
rehab and pressing charges is crazy, i got busted for distribution (not selling but giving it away) in a nor cal high school and i got expelled for two semesters no juvie time no rehab, all that is redic, thats taking it way too far.
That's the way this world's going. You smoke a little weed, you get charged with a felony, and after that, you will be lucky if you can get a job at McDonalds. Isn't it great how we punish small mistakes by completely fucking over the person's life permanently?
exactly, yet if an underage kid is caught drinking alcohol, it's pratically a smack on the wrist compared to what they'd do if they caught u smoking weed, and drinking alcohol could become a way much worse habit than smoking.
update, for anybody who cares, they didn't press charges but, he definatly got the boot and is no going to be home schooled.
