My Charges

Can anybody help me out by telling me what they think my time in prison could be sense the cops wont tell me shit...these are my charges and its my first offense

Delivery of Marijuana(half pound)
Delivery of mushrooms(quater pound)
Possession of heroin(syringe only)
Possession of methamethine(barely any, didnt know i had any)
Assault and Battery(Falounsese sp?)

they got a search warrant and raided my house.....i had a hole in the wall where i put shit and apparently they found meth in there

 

well, good luck i guess... i hate to be a dick but you really are fucked. look up on a government website for time and sentences.

 

You're all done man, heroin meth and mushrooms, you're doing some time but it all depends on your lawyer. If you get a good one you might be able to play the desperate junkie who sold drugs to feed their habit, and agree to an extensive rehab program etc. but you're def doin some time. How many priors? If any of these are aggravated you are uber-fucked. sorry man.

Well, seeing that you're only 17 you may get off lighter. Man I wish I could say more to help you out. This is why I'm not a dealer, nor do I ever have too much weed at my place. It's just not worth the risk.

with a decent lawyer an a plea deal,they will drop the assult an the heroin charge,, unless the assult is on a cop,,an if it is,, your REALLY FUCKED!

i doubt they will drop the meth charge,..

but anyway it gos 2 counts of trafficking..

in any state with mandatory minimums,, your sittin in jail a while brother..

we have a brother is gonna do a year before hes released over 1 count of trafficking an 1 count of possession of LSD..

I have no priors and the assault charge wasent on a cop....it should be a CCD cause they got my .50 eagle but they lowered it to assault because it wasent loaded

 

What was their reason for the search?

Possession of an illegal firearm here gets you 1 year mandatory. I don't live in michigan though... IDK man you must have sold to an undercover or been snitched on.

depends i guess on how much info you give them... my guess is they'll give you time based on the DE.. Shrooms.. and Marijuana... most courts will usually drop petty crimes if you have a few larger counts on you... but i bet you do a shit load of probation... i wouldnt be suprised if you end up with at least 10yrs probation... on top of about 5years or so... depending on how leaniant their "good behavior" policy is... you could get out in 1/4-1/2 of that time... or if you take a plea bargin

 

here... might wanna give these guys a call... they may be able to point you in the direction of a "drug offence friendly" lawyer
