My car insurance just doubled

So we got the new quote for my car insurance for the new financial year and they fucking doubled it, literally it has gone from 60 quid a month to fucking 120

HOW!? Ja so unless I can get a better deal elsewhere bye bye car!


Fuckit i'm leaving the country in like 7/8 monthes anyway

Got offered a job, of sorts hahaha, my cousins husband said I can work for him as a gopher, sorry "Photograpers Assistant" also got offered the chance to work at a hunting lodge by my other cousin....but not as a permenant thing, just for fun, but it'll be so worth it because I want to work in the lodge and guiding industry. Eventually.

So i'm going out for 6 monthes later this year and hopefully i just won't have to come back!

Don't feel too bad.....I was paying $340 a month for liability. I don't know how that compares to quid, but 340 dollars is crazy too much.

 

Well, when you're there it's like nothing crazy is going on at all, I mean every single conversation with anyone from the guy at the ice cream parlour to the horseback safari guide to my cousins neighbor to my cousins bosses gardener turns to politics, it dominates so much.....that's what i noticed most of all.

Fairly sure yes, since he is rich and every man and his dog has a servant of some description in Zim, it creates employment etc etc

 

It's weird when I think of it that way, considering I do landscaping from time to time.

 

thats fucking outrageous for car insurance.. especially considering american prices.. why has it gone up so much?

 

No fecking idea, my mom phoned them up and got it down though (whoohoo!!) only an extra 7 quid a month now.....
