yesterday i took the plunge and got it done
i think its a little crooked but im not worried about it

Whoa, lashes in picture two look awesome.
And to be honest it does appear crooked, and if it bothers you in the future the piercer should re-pierce it for free in the future. But who knows, it's going to heal so maybe everything will even out.

It may not be crooked, it's got long jewelry in it right now to allow it to swell once you have tight jewelry in it may look straight.

fwiw, you can try tugging on it a lot during the healing process. be really gentle and sanitary of course... but if you at least pull in into place a couple of times a day, it might help it heal strait.
i dont have experience with that, but its what ive heard.

it looks nice anyway, i love bridges but i doubt ill ever have it done.

i mean about as much as my tongue
but not as bad as my inner conch
it was more like a dull throb than anything and afterwords you cant even feel it

Dude, the nipple is the only thing I can think of that would be more painful than a conch. I got mine done and it hurt worse than anything I've ever had (tats included-and the one on my collar bone hurt pretty fing bad).
