My bf makes me feel so special bc he is always doing little "happy's" for me! A happy is something someone does to make you feel special. He will buy me lunch, candy, a t-shirt, or even chapstick! It makes my heart smile! What is your favorite "happy" to get?
Angelica you sound like a very appreciative person. I too love doing "happys" for the lady i love. She is so grateful even for the small things. It really makes a guy feel loved and appreciated.
eh, fairly typical. i think the most common post on all of facebook is "i have the best boyfriend/husband that anyone has ever had in the history of the universe!!! he brought home dinner from mcdonalds once this year!!!"
I have a friend from high school that is always posting stuff on facebook like this "My hubby woke me up with a surprise latte from Starbucks! I am the luckiest girl EVER and I love my hubby soooo much!!!" I almost gag every time I read it. Which I swear she has posted the same thing at least three times throughout the past couple months.
That said, I like it when my hubby makes me feel special by giving me massages. And I don't know...my hubby's money is my money so he kinda buys my lunch every day. I agree though with VG bout the not having to buy stuff... But let's see... just to name something... I happen to know he ordered me a REALLY REALLY super cute necklace from origami owl from my birthday... I know because I picked up what loving locket i wanted, what chain, what plate (big heart), and what charms and sat there when he went online and ordered it for me. Haha. It should be here in tomrrow's or Mondays mail and I'm super excited cause I don't usually expect him to go and spend over $80 on a bday present or jewelry for me... because we usually just get each other small things- or even more so spend our money actually going out and doing things together and saving money for important stuff. But with baby almost here and all it's actually nice to feel like I got the birthday present I most wanted and is special to me that I didn't expect to get. (charms btw are the silver heart with MOM written in it.... and silver owl with blue eyes... and flip flops and seahorse).
