ok so Im new to this hip forum site and its my first time second time growing a plant the first time i grew one it seemed to grow horizontally, it was located out doors my mom had a couple of home plants that were in the vecinity but im not sure if this affected the growth of my precious bud, well i dont think it did.... My second plant now is getting big its been almost two weeks and the plant has grown the first real distinct leafs the first pair of blades, after the lil round ones and its next blade of leaves are starting to grow out i have a friend who works at a hydro shop and says that if i place a jar over the plant it will work like a green house effect, is this true>< i personally think he is CRAZY he is also talking non sense about peeing in my plants soil, does this guy know what the heck he is talking about.....
no he doesnt. urine (in VERY small amounts) can help raise the acidity of soil i believe, but i would never piss on my plants! I have heard the same thing, only to hear people (knowledgable growers) debunk the crap outta that myth. And again, the jar over the plant? thats hilarious. That wont do anything except kill it. It needs oxygen, light and wind. All would be hindered with a friggin jar over it. You will get better and more knowlegable answers in the grow forum here, or at www.hg420.com which is strictly for growing. Lots of smart and nice people over there, i would reccommend that place over any as it isnt over populated (overgrow) and its still servicable. HAve fun growing man! be safe! real safe
