So, does anyone know any sugary recipes I can suggest to her? I would be more supportive if I knew it would last more than about five minutes. She's about as fickle as I am. Which is saying something
well giving up like refind sugar and going to raw sugar or brown sugar or organic sugar, or whatever that would be normal, but no sugar all together, that is like not playing with a full deck of cards.
It'll last all of a week at the most. I can't judge her though. I've done the same thing too many times to count. If worst comes to worst i'll tie her down, force her mouth open, and pour sugar down her throat.
my recommendations : celery with cream cheese, or natural peanut butter egg salad -- made with light mayo tuna in a can -- made with light mayo grapes and berries (they have sugar.. but natural sugar, and not too much of it) coffee/tea black.. and a lot of water cut up cucumbers, with some type of low calorie/low sugar salad dressing chicken, baked in the oven sun flower seeds, pumpkin seeds steamed broccoli assorted mixed nuts.. I should give up sugar for a little.
