so i got raped by the popes and i was just wondering what to expect if i had like 4 gs but bagged in 5. motherfucker didnt even have a legitamite reason to search besides the fact that the kid i was with was hot and he basically used that as an excuse and took me to the station to a holding cell for a few hours with sucked. there was a cop though that asked me what i did and i said possesion of bud and he was like are you kidding me, which gave me some hope towards the future generations situation. so yea, what would you say i get i have to go to court and had to pay a bail of 50 with 4gs. and is a lawyer neccesary? help is appreciated.
If you are in NY like your thingy says you are then it shouldnt be a big deal. Under an Oz in NY is usually just a fine. Im not sure what you mean by 4g's but bagged in 5? Is that 4g of bud in 5 separate bags? If thats the case then they could get you for intent to sell but 4g is so small you could almost get off saying that you bought 5 bags for yourself because thats all the guy was selling.
Have you actually gotten charged? If not then wait until you see what they're throwing at you. If you're getting distribution def. get a lawyer.

Yep. Plead guilty and you'll receive some combination of the following: small fine (couple hundred $ tops), community service, and 6-12 months of probation. Probation is almost guaranteed, and if you're a first timer they'll usually give com. service rather than a fine.
