My 8 month old dreads

So these are temporary pics of my dreads until I can get batteries for my camera sorry they are blurry

if their too small please tell me and I will post bigger ones but I don't want to drive anyone crazy from posting huge photos.

I don't really remember the date I started my dreads. Smoke too much I guess....

You have some great progress going on there, its hard to have thinner dreads, so thats even better....eace:

The back is all crazy because I had spikey hair in the back last year

I started them with the twist and rip method then tons of wax and now I have a big messy hair do that everyone loves well my boyfriend and mom aren't too crazy about them but it cool

 

I'm ganna do that scanner thing today while my boyfriend is at work so yay more pics plus I get to steal the batteries out of the xbox controller so clearer pics


I get too excited about pictures lol

and too thekarthika I try to smile but my teeth are like way crooked and look odd

the ones in the front got a tad thicker but the ones in the back like super dreaded and its just fat clumps of dreads I really want to know what the back will look like when it gets longer. slowly but surly its getting there lol

 

I have a super duper question and I don't feel like making another thread sooooo

if I wrap like my dreads to where the wrap extends past the end but doesn't cover the roots it would make my dreads like less kinky? they like turn all different directions from the kinks and it makes it hard to put them up when I have to look semi-professional.

 

Do you mean cover most of the dreads, but still show the roots and some? Yeah, I think that would look fine.

 

I was thinking like a darker thread or such to like kinda match my dreads because I'm going to have to get a job soon to make tuition money

 

yeah most of the dread would be covered it would only be for about 2 months maybe three maybe more idk depends all on if tuition goes up
