I love my 17 year old dreadlocks and they are part of my life since I was 29 years old. All started in January of 2008 and wanted to try something new in my life was a new years resolution of mine. Luckily my husband was supportive of it, said to have it done if it makes me happy. Found a salon that did them and luckily I got answer asking questions first. They seen my hair which was thick and long and said no problem there. Next thing I knew I was in the chair getting ready to have them done getting prepped with my hair wash and dried first. Then it all happened, started it and never went back doing the crochet method. They got 54 dreadlocks in and said I love them seeing the results. Seen they changed my life around more, the confidence I got back and said I am keeping them for life. My husband said I looked good when I came home. Good thing was my family was cool about it and seen they changed my life around. Said I got my confidence back and told them it was true Learned it took time for them to mature taking care of them right. I wash them once a week and maintain them which is easy to do. I love it in the morning, does not take long styling them taking 5 minutes and I am done
