Mushroom walk :p

    Yeh, Joshy's thread inspired me to take pictures of shrooms. so I did... not really having any particular mushroom in thought, I snapped a picture of the few coolest mushrooms I saw. (By the way, it was'nt a pine forest)

    these ones were glowing massively, I could see them from a mile distance, even though they're real small.

    i dunno man... im not good with the shrooms that grow on trees... i do have a little idea of what the other ones are though. my favorite find were the big orange shrooms...

    and yea... woods are awesome. thats one of the MANY cool things about Montreal ;):)

    Why did I only find ONE! :eek:

    I'm gonna go back out tomorrow, this time to a different hiking trail.

    The place I went today looked alot like your place, but with more pine trees ...

    It was a little but more dense too.

    Hmm... all I can think of are bracket fungi and artist's cork... though some of it isn't dark enough to be artist's cork.

    That little red one looks like what I wanted to find today. :(

    I guess PA just sucks for finding mushrooms. :p

    The only ones I saw were the tree kinds. I need to go again asap.
